One candidate has submitted nomination papers be the end of the nomination period and as a result has been declared elected by Acclamation. Clinton Steinley is our new Councillor. No vote will be necessary. For more information, please visit our 2024 Municipal By-election page.

Volunteer Opportunity – Webmaster

Empress is searching for a volunteer webmaster. We are looking for someone experienced with WORDPRESS who would do basic updates and posting to the website, including adding/removing documents, updating fire status, and other minor updates, etc. If you are interested please contact CAO Angela Duncan at cao@villageofempress.ca or inquire at the office.
