The Village of Empress

is nestled between the Red Deer River and the South Saskatchewan River, at the eastern edge of Alberta. There is a wild feel to this quaint village surrounded by expansive farms and ranches, pronghorns, coyotes and so many different species of birds. Empress has a variety of lots for sale in a variety of sizes from 25 right up to over 100 foot frontage.

Providing service to unserviced lots will cost approximately $5,500.

For Village owned properties, the only offers that will be considered are ones that will be paid in full by bank draft.  No payment plans.  Once the monies have been received and cleared the owner must take possession within 30 days.  The price includes any outstanding taxes and utilities.
