FARMERS MARKET

The Empress Farmers Market will be running again this year. Starting June 14 running through September 27, 2019, the Farmers Market will be running every Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Community Hall. Lunch will be available to purchase.

FIRE BAN

The Village of Empress has issued a fire ban. Gas or Propane Barbeques are still allowed. The Surrounding rural municipality is also under a fire ban.

Assessment/Tax Notices Mailed

Please be advised the Village of Empress mailed their combined Assessment/Tax notices April 26, 2019. If you have not recieved your notice, please contact the Village office at (403) 565-3938 or email: voe14@villageofempress.com. Deadline for appealing your assessment is June 25th. Taxes are due June 30th. 12% penalty will be applied to all current outstanding taxes July 1, 2019
