The Village of Empress

is nestled between the Red Deer River and the South Saskatchewan River, at the eastern edge of Alberta. There is a wild feel to this quaint village surrounded by expansive farms and ranches, pronghorns, coyotes and so many different species of birds. Empress Daze

Our third event of the month. What an amazing group of volunteers!

Who wouldn’t want to be in the curling rink on these hot July days. Come out and cheer our curlers on while relaxing in the cool Arena.

Friday night the historical society is hosting another of their great musical events at the historic train station.

Saturday is a full day with the businessman’s pancake breakfast, parade, kids games and the curling finals
