The Village of Empress

is nestled between the Red Deer River and the South Saskatchewan River, at the eastern edge of Alberta. There is a wild feel to this quaint village surrounded by expansive farms and ranches, pronghorns, coyotes and so many different species of birds. The recreation opportunities for adventurers and star-gazers are boundless. Come and see for yourself!

YouTube Council Meetings Recordings

The videos will be available to the public at 4:00 PM tonight.

So at 4:00 PM, April 15th, 2026, the recordings of the meeting will visible to the public.

There will be a Part 1 and Part 2 posted. On the first part at around 25 minutes or so is when the Council Meeting began. You can proceed to watch those first 25 minutes, it will just be boring since no volume will play.
