Municipal Road Bans (March 6th, 2026) CURRENT

Effective Friday, March 6th, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. a road ban will be placed on all municipal oiled, base coursed and paved roads in Special Areas 2, 3 and 4 restricting bus, truck and trailer traffic to seventy-five percent (75%) of authorized load limits; and on all gravel roads restricting loads to 100 % of authorized limits.

EXCEPTIONS:Except as allowed under the act or regulation.

The following roads are restricted to One Hundred percent (100%) of authorized load limits:

  • TWP 25-0 from Highway 876 to Highway 36;
  • Hanna Access (TWP 31-2) from Highway 36 to Hanna;
  • TWP 28-0 from Hwy 41 to Rng Rd 4-1 (Pioneer Elevator Road).
