The Village of Empress

is nestled between the Red Deer River and the South Saskatchewan River, at the eastern edge of Alberta. There is a wild feel to this quaint village surrounded by expansive farms and ranches, pronghorns, coyotes and so many different species of birds. Summer School Fundraiser

Don’t forget to come out and support the fundraiser this Saturday February 27, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. We have an awesome supper, loads of silent auction items and local talents that have been practicing up for weeks. Sure to be a great time. The proceeds will go to help offset some of the costs associated with getting our school up and running this summer. A great project for the community and a great fit with our Empress has Artisans theme. You can get your tickets at That’s Empressive, the Village Office, or from one of our Councillors.
