The Village of Empress

is nestled between the Red Deer River and the South Saskatchewan River, at the eastern edge of Alberta. There is a wild feel to this quaint village surrounded by expansive farms and ranches, pronghorns, coyotes and so many different species of birds. Empress & District Fine Arts Summer School Society

The Empress & District Fine Arts Summer School Society is looking for Volunteers to help move this project forward. They are looking to do a fundraiser this fall with a supper and silent auction, and than in the spring of 2016 they will be doing a production co-written by Bill Bridges and David Warrack about the history of Empress. These fundraisers are being done to help offset the cost of the summer school we will try and run in July 0f 2016. We require volunteers to help with everything from getting donations for silent auction, supper,  to advertising and decorations, to promotion and marketing of the school itself.
