Currently the Village has a few commercial properties for sale; however there are privately developed commercial lots available for purchase as well. Please contact one of the local real estate agents or the Village Office for more information.

For Village owned properties, the only offers that will be considered are ones that will be paid in full by bank draft. No payment plans. Once the monies have been received and cleared the owner must take possession within 30 days. The price includes any outstanding taxes and utilities.
