An Empressian has made two online payments in January on the 4^th and the 6^th for identical amounts BUT we are unable to identify the sender. Is this you?  If you have the receipts to show these are your payments, please advise ASAP.

Please remember! If you are paying by Interact e-Transfer, you must enter into the memo section your Utility Account Number, Tax Roll Number, or Invoice Number! That way we know what the payment is for, and who it is for. See Bill Payments for more information.
