The Village of Empress

is nestled between the Red Deer River and the South Saskatchewan River, at the eastern edge of Alberta. Village Bills

There is change to making bill payments to the Village using Interac e-Transfer.

Bills may be paid by Cash, Cheque, Debit, Credit Card, or Interac e-Transfer. See our Bill Payments webpage.

Reminders:

  • If you have not paid your property taxes yet, an additional 10% will be added on Jan. 1 (Bylaw 2022-05)
  • If your water, sewer, and garbage bill (or any other Village bill), is not paid for 6 months, the outstanding amount will be added to your tax bill (Bylaw 2022-09).
